After interviewing the employees, I found that this was one of the areas that needed the most improvement. Employees were reporting a lack of attention to this aspect of the job.

Solution

Along with including this in the chauffeur skills training, this checklist can serve as a daily reminder to the staff. It can be displayed in the office as well as included in digital form on the chauffeur app.
